update 5/11/2020:

Regular office hours are now being implemented. We highly recommend the use of face masks and encourage scheduling appointments for the time being. If you are currently undergoing treatment, experiencing symptoms or have been exposed please give the care of your pet to someone close to you. We would greatly appreciate if you inform our staff of this SITUATION.

     Dear Clients,

The implications of the COVID-19 are concerning to all. Our top priority is to protect the health and well-being of our staff, clients and community members. Having said that, we will be taking some precautionary measures and actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the CDC recommendations. Hand washing and social distancing guidelines have been implemented. Team members who are not feeling well or have potential exposure to COVID-19 are being asked to stay at home. We have implemented an increased scope and frequency of cleaning in our facility. Surfaces that are touched frequently are being cleaned often and wiped down. Hand sanitizers are placed in multiple locations. We are encouraging drop off appointments, while spacing out the appointments that absolutely cannot be dropped off in hope of limiting face to face time while ensuring that our patients are getting all of the care needed. We encourage quick hand-off of your pets to clinic staff. In some situations, a case by case analysis of the situation may be considered as far as coming in to the hospital.  We want to thank all our dear clients for your understanding and cooperation in these challenging times.  This too shall pass.

 Thanks, Dr. Fidelis & Staff.
